RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange* (*excluding record players). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached if applicable.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at mail@dansetterevolver.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address given in the email instructions.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You are also responsible for ensuring the item is received back undamaged in transit. We strongly advise suitable packaging is used when returning an item.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at the contact details below so we can make make any necessary claim with the courier and arrange collection of the goods.
Please Note
● Goods must be returned in their original unsued condition and arrive back with us in a resellable condition.
RECORD PLAYERS
All record players are tested prior to dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect working order. All record players come with a 6 month warranty. Should the item become faulty due to workmanship within 6 months of receipt, we will happily accept a return for inspection and carry out any necessary repairs free of charge. If the fault is deemed to have occured due to mis-use, we may ask you to cover the cost of the repair and the cost to return the item to you.
Please note: The stylus and/or the cartridge is not covered under the 6 month warranty period.
