SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

Free Shipping:

 

  • We offer free 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping on Labels / Decals (excluding badges).

 

For items that measure 5mm and above in thickness:

 

  • Large Letter (badges and small parts) - 2nd Class Royal Mail - £1.00

  • Small Packet (most accessory parts) - 2nd Class Royal Mail - £3.75

  • Large Parcel (Record Players) - Parcelforce Courier - £20.00

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 

Most orders will be despatched within 2 working days from order received. Due to the nature and storage of Record Players, once an order is received they are taken out of storage and put on a final test for 4 - 5 days. Once deemed ready to send, they will be packaged well and the buyer will be contacted to organise a suitable working day to accept delivery. Full tracking details will follow and the item will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should the record player be returned to us by the courier due to no person being available to take delivery, you will be contacted to organise re-delivery and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

We do not ship to the Channel Islands

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
